that is a classic FEAR / AGGRESSION move by parrots. that bird is clearly afraid of the phone, and that is how they act when presented with an object that they fear or believe they should be acting aggressively.

breeders will see this often when birds try to defend their nests. i can get my guys to 'dance' just like that if i want to be cruel and taunt them with something 'scary'.
