how did you get to do that it is it a mod in an ripped image of the game or a gamesjhark code

The game itself is played on MAME. (Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator) And I also used 'Pugsy's MAME cheats'. The get all these glitches to occur, you have to turn on the character modifier code during a fight. Then you get a weird combination of movesets.
