he died in the episode where he saves the kolonan scientists and when he was captured by carter the replicator.

i believe in the nox noone really died but were just severly injured, as i remember the nox cant bring people back from the dead.

He died in the movie Stargate and then Ra brought him back to life with the sarcophagus. And he has died a lot of times especially in alternate realities and dream things and what not.
