I would always beat him first just so I could use his saws the whole game. Those things tore through almost everything so easily, but when they didn't, they made an awesome deflecting noise.

2 easy! One of the easiest bosses of all time. My fave stage, btw.

You finally use Mega Man's mega blaster. You don't need any special weapon on the bosses unlike MM4.

You can kill those metallic hamburgers with Bubble Man's weapon.
