@anarcy7777u I believe i was using the slimmer ring. this is an awful recording of bass drum sound, since it is just using a camera mic. Trust me, EMAD is the way to go. Extremely versatile and good in all tunings!
Would i like sabian aaxplosion 17 and 19 more or would i like vaults more? if anyone can answer that i would really apreciate it... Btw i listen to like tdwp and underoath and stuff. thanks =)
i'm not too familiar with the vaults but the xplosions really shimmer. that is really hard stuff so i'd probably go with the aaxplosions because they are good to ride on (very very loud and sustain a lot). but you should try both out before you buy.
I was thinking about getting the EC2's and EMAD2 for my Sonor 3007. Are these heads any good and what style of music do they work well with? Anyways, great video!
ec2s are nice, very bright with good stick definition... I prefer the g2 or gplus coateds... Experiment and you'll find the heads you love!
EMAD2, EMAD, GMAD, EMAD coated, and EMAD Onyx are all really nice i'm sure. i've only played on on EMAD2 and EMAD, but they're both awesome drumheads with a lot of boom!
do you use the thickest ring on the emad? cause i was goinna get this kit, but i like a bass to be slappy.
