Replay this video or in short, 'who' asks about a name of a person.

Example: Who made this video? 'askagg' made this video.

Also, it can mean he, she, we, etc. Example: I saw the man who (he) robbed you.

'whose' asks about who has or have something. Example: Whose car is this? It's Ahmad's car.

'whom' is like who, but it's very formal.
