  • you could be like those albino-zombies like in the movie'' The Omega Man''[1971].

  • keepin the country scared lol

  • Truley the weakest form of attack is ridicule. We have a stinking defeatest attitude in this nation that ridicules any effort to build a civil defense system based upon trained U.S. citizens who work to defend the communities. I ask this question often. What do you people have against preparation?

    God, please grow a spine.

  • I know the narrator is saying "BW," but it sounds like "VW."

*Cue image of a plague of swarming rear-engined cars*

  • @smittykins Most adorable plague ever.

  • If the Russians want to destroy our factories now they would have to bomb China. Ha!

  • 4:19 is that vermont??? i live in vermont haha

  • "In event of wars, may attempt to destroy or disable our people."

  • biohazard ken alibek,, a good read

  • plant growth regulaters, or pgr if you will, could wipe out an entire city, in a matter of seconds...

  • While our government was making concrete and steel bunkers there telling you to duck under tables and put books over your heads. check this out get your birth certificate call a stock broker and give them the letters and numbers which are in red on the left side of your certificate your certificate is printed on Bank Note Paper youre a slave to the world banks now thats some truth for you.

  • Chemtrails at 2:35 way back in 1951!! SHow this next time some wise ass debunker tries to tell you chemtrails are fake, show him this video.

  • Quite honestly, of all WMD's, I'm most scared of Biological Warfare, way more so than even Nuclear and Chemical.

  • @VanSisean - Why?

Nuclear weapons scare me more as it will plunge the entire world into either a radioactive wasteland or the Dark Ages.

  • @qwertasdcfghjklmo24z While nuclear weapons scare me almost as much for similar reasons, a biological attack has the potential to wipe out an entire populace in the most torturous way possible and, while it's easier to escape from fallout (going underground and such), anyone who's come in contact with the pathogens is libel to spread them if they seek shelter with noninfected individuals. Not to mention that a biological attack can leave infrastructure intact where nuclear weapons can't...

  • These were made back in the days when you could actually join such organizations. They were more prepared in those days compared to our own.

  • @schizoidboy: Yes, albeit prepared against the wrong enemies, sadly. =(

  • Civil Defense was a much better name than Homeland Security... which sounds like Mall-cops in Nashville.

  • Hmm what if you have no health insurance? Are you left to die? I love the bit about not spreading false rumours, do you think some one should tell Fox News?

  • No, only those outlets that fabricate quotes.

  • @tallmale188 Fox News. Hell if we had a Bio Attack these days it would take Fox News, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, and almost any other news organization at least a week before they started to figure out WTF happened. These news organizations would go to the government officials first, then they would ask their pundit friends to weigh in with an opinion or two.

  • No, more like FEMA.

  • Join the Civil Defense online 12 to 32 dollars a year. Find the information available to us, and buy items such as potassium iodine (to protect the thyroid in case of nuclear attack).

  • Civil Defense was so active that you could belong to one (like a club for young adults) and be trained to be of help in case of national disaster. Nowaday, we don't know where is a Civil Defense office or if there is any in your state. Nor do we know what to do in a nuclear attack.

  • Yes. Pre 9/11 It was Civil Defense and then became Homeland Security.

  • I just have a small question:

Why was I still optimistic and happy in SAR? At that time, I might be killed by the virus.

  • @applesweeter , its just you have woken up. So have I. I was still pretty much oblivious even after 9-11. It wasn't until about 2003 that it started to break my brainwashed state. You and I have been awake a bit longer than most. All that shows is that we might be slightly smarter than the avg person, which isn't bad except to the elites who want all stupid brainwashed zombies who'll believe anything they're told. I guess we should play dumb?

  • I live in Hong Kong and we had a good rehearsal in SAR in 2003.

During SAR, we lived like in a active biological warfare.

However, for me, I was still very optimistic and happy. Now, i am a bit afraid.

  • Duck AND COVER

  • This film was very informative and sobering as well. Where can one obtain a copy of the book found in the film? Thank you!

    ~Max

  • Join the Civil Defense online. You will have available large pdf files of manuscripts, merchandise (potassium iodine to protect the thyroid in case of nuclear attack) and a quarterly magazine.

  • We are being sprayed with chemtrails as we speak.

  • true

  • Ha! This take sme back to my childhood: the decorum and appliances; especially those plastic clock radios. They were everywhere.

We had a ringer washing machine too!!

  • If this information is so vital for our nation's well-being, then why are "television rights reserved?"

  • we can be attacked despite our excellent defense...

  • Hey, on that map they showed Minnesota! Home state rep!

  • The one thing they didn't talk about gas attacks

  • Gas attacks are not biological warfare. That is chemical warfare.

  • i love when he stamps the folder "identified"

  • this is pretty bad! biowar sucks!

  • Good vid!! I have always said women playing "bridge" discussed germ warfare. I knew there was something sinister about "bridge" evenings. LOL!! Classic retro video, well done for posting it!!!

  • i am just thinking... many countries developed bilogical wapons in case of a global war, but never used them... espacialy communist countries like China developed them (that's simply a fact). So what if there was an accident and THAT was where SARS came from? Would explain the cover ups and stuff... as well as a lot of other things.

  • It's possible, but I really don't think it's likely. But I'm not one to buy into all this conspiracy crap.

  • Didnt America drop all those bombs in the vid. Where are all the black people.Gees talk about paranoid propaganda

  • Don't listen to scare talk, rumours or myths...unless they come from the government. Mind control at its bare-bones, sugar-coated best. (rolls eyes)

5.41 Did you see the size of that needle?

  • the thingthat surprise meit that at thebeginning of the video theres theclassic symbol of Illuminati group : a piramid with an eye....

    this is a classic video

  • If there was a biological attack,,, they would all be screwed. Sort of like when they told students to hide under their desks in the case of nuclear warfare.

  • And works so well

  • i watched a film once where there was an iminent nuclear attack and the only way to warn the public was to put on these old propoganda movies... real scary stuff

  • Kinda funny now to see those propaganda from the early fities or sities. :D

  • Quite weird!! Amazing how it might actually be considerd in "today's" fight against terror.

  • dude..give it up
