As a soldier I know that I have stopped a ruthless dictator who made hitler look like a choir boy. I have helped countless innocent women not be raped by his sons. I have helped stop the inhumane treatment of his own people. Hussein used his people as lab rats. as for me, I think it would have been a huge injustice to let that type of torture and treatment continue.

As many of you know, the 172 Strykers were extended hours before they were due to redeploy home and instead were sent into Baghdad. We have since lost quite a few more Brave Men. God Speed 172!
