There are irish americans and italian americans who cant speak their language either. Besides, his mum is white and his dad's parents(his grandparents) are from mexico city.Most of the mexicans from mexico city are native indian(aztec, mayan...) and their native language isnt spanish, their language and culture was taken away by the spaniards.
