  • I don't see what the harm is in admitting to taking steroids. Honestly it is hard to believe this guy doesn't take any at all. I don't consider it cheating if all the greatest like Arnold, Louy, Taylor, took and continue to take them. Regardless wether you take them or not that is a kick ass form, just awesome weight, and a good looking figure. Keep up the good work and continue kicking Ass!!!!

  • Don't you just feel awesome using the big boy dumbbells that you hardly see anyone else use? I've hit 130's for 8 reps, estimated 1 rep db press is 160's, my gym only goes up to 140 :(

    ...at least all the dumbbells over 100lb are hardly used at my gym! ahah

  • Thanks for the comments, I don't use steroids, been lifting hard and working naturally. Did several natural tested shows during this time. ALso, there are several guys out there faking my vids, so if you want to reach me, I have my email posted here.  I do have face book too. I don't have accounts where i chat besides at facebook, yahoo and my home page.

  • because the harder muscle is the stronger it is. Those 300 pounds bodybuilders' muscles have a lot of water, because they want to increase size of them to look good on a stage.

  • well, you have to eat big bro, and I work out five days a week for a little over an hour each time.

  • nice.. im trying to go from 152 as a senior in hs to 172 by summer. idk how realistic that is since i also do track in the spring. my diet is crazy. breakfast is like 4 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of toast w/peanut butter, banana, cereal.. i eat a lot and try to workout consistently and the results are not entirely there.

  • Well, I eat a lot of steaks, and take in protein powder and weight gainer. It costs a lot, but have found that I have to eat big to get big.
