I don't see what the harm is in admitting to taking steroids. Honestly it is hard to believe this guy doesn't take any at all. I don't consider it cheating if all the greatest like Arnold, Louy, Taylor, took and continue to take them. Regardless wether you take them or not that is a kick ass form, just awesome weight, and a good looking figure. Keep up the good work and continue kicking Ass!!!!

nice.. im trying to go from 152 as a senior in hs to 172 by summer. idk how realistic that is since i also do track in the spring. my diet is crazy. breakfast is like 4 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of toast w/peanut butter, banana, cereal.. i eat a lot and try to workout consistently and the results are not entirely there.

Well, I eat a lot of steaks, and take in protein powder and weight gainer. It costs a lot, but have found that I have to eat big to get big.
