One of the Villains is Nitro, blows up himself, killing all the New Warriors, except Speedball, a whole neighborhood including a school. Yes it is. It's definitely a good read, especially if you have spare time. There were a number of crossovers but I guess you can just stick to the seven issues and save yourself money and time.

Eyewumi,I'd have to say that 52 and countdown were much better than Civil War. The stories were much more cohesive and the characters didn't act off model. At Marvel both Annihillation story lines and Planet Hulk/WWHulk were much better.Just because I didn't think Civil War as good doesn't mean I condem the whole line. I have to say though that both companies need to lay off of the "Mega" events for a good long time. I'd love to see new comic that lasts more than 60 issues..lol.
