Eddyville is a great place and a well kept secret. The video doesn't even mention the fascinating history of the area and the transition from the old towns that are now submerged to the new towns.
This is exactly how it looks. I can name every place shown in the video and some of the people. People that live here OFTEN take it for granted. There is a good reason that on July 4th you can walk from one shore to the other in Eddy Bay from boat to boat. It's because people from all over the U.S. come here for fun and relaxation. The bait shop depicted has one of the GREATEST little lunch spots in all of Western Kentucky.
