  • OWWW

  • Bye bye ankle

  • he dipped nice, but he lifted his chest too hgh

  • you spun too slow and landed incorrectly on your ankle

  • his problem is he is in the air too long before he actually twists.

  • no hes right, it was a good attempt, but you (he) delayed the twist too long. without the delay he would have landed it for sure. his runup looks good tho

  • lol

  • ooooo ur ankle!

  • First, complete it from standing. THEN try the run-up.

  • yea, that's how i learned mines...

  • lol, too bad standing is harder

  • If you use correct technique... as far as I'm concerned--it's not harder at all.

The momentum steps generate horizontal energy which you need to (mostly) convert to vert. Just like in a R-off back tuck.

If you can do a STANDING back tuck... doing one with an R-Off will allow you to soar.

But if you CAN'T do a standing back tuck... why would you sacrifice your form to do a half-ass R-Off "quasi-tuck"?

Anyhow. It's just my two cents. :)

  • i see your ankle.
