DUDE! This was on USA last night, and I noticed that too. The first time it just kinda slipped by, but yeah. But, maybe he pulled it out of his pocket? I have no idear.
DUDE! i don't know why but that made me laugh... probably bc i'm a girl and not usually called dude but i'm cool with it tahnks for the comment. yeah it just bothered me everyone always said well he had it with him and i'm like yeah but they never showed him pulling out of his pocket i mean COME ON HE WAS DIEING!
Barbossa had that apple when they were entering the cave with Will and when he's saying "I feel cold" we don't see his hands - maybe used that moment to take the apple out from somwhere on his person wanting to take a bit before he died perhaps?

the apple is made for dramatic effects becuse earlyer in the movie barbosa says "when the curse is broke im going to eat a whole bushle of apples"
