At the end of this game hale is a chimera and says to this soldier called "Capelli" "This is just the beggining" then capelli says "Forgive me sir it was a honor" then shoots hale in the head probably killing him.
i also think there is going to be a 3rd cause if u remeber in first game hale looks at a photo but we dont know who he looks at think he has a son and i think hale dies so his son leads the resistance army just guessing if u share same opinion or dont plz tell me y :)
That photo contains well himself along with the members of Project Abhurham. Nathan Hale does not have a son, nor does he have a family. His parents are dead. He also killed one of his squad mates in a training excercise by accident.
At Project Abraham that nurse falls in love with him (could be false since that's what Wikipedia says) so maybe that's a picture of her. It's probably wrong though.

No the Cloev aren't in Resistance 2 as in you don't see them. But you still hear/read information about them.
As for Resistance 3, I suggest listening to podcust episode #35 because as James Steveson and Bryan do best. They "hint" at one.
