  • @ everyone that was tlkin about the STT

the light arrow are divine light which will destroy every trace of darkness and the STT when shot with the holy light it will unite the sky with earth and vice versa and ikana was like hyrule but full of the dead that took over and is explained by the king. also the giants mask imbodies the soul of a giant just like every transforming mask

  • to ScarisClaudius thats so true but not in spirit tracks and to zreo this is a awesome version of STT

  • Dark World

    Bottom of the Well

    Shadow Temple

    Earth Temple

    Arbiter's Grounds

    Ikana Valley

    Stone Tower Temple

...I guess every Zelda game always needs its House of the Dead, eh?

  • @ScarisClaudius

    Palace of twilight

  • ocarina of time the best !!!

  • this guy is like my favorite flutist

  • 9 people went upside down in the temple and thought dislike was like.

  • awesome song here wow cool indeed i like it a lot

  • Makes me think of ancient Egypt and the construction of the pyramids.

  • @Gyarretto7 The temple was based on sands and destruction, hate of the gods, so basicaly your kinda on the right track. Lots of people like to try and find hidden meanings to everything, though there may not be any. The stone tower was a attempt to reach the gods, as the people worshipped the majoras mask and the giants.

  • @bbbbbbbbrrrrrrrriiii I figured that was the case.

  • Really? You don't own Zelda? And for a minute I thought I was Nintendo's channel.

  • fave music in majoras mask

  • That flute is really creeping me out there........_.

  • The Stone Tower Temple, also known as Mind-F*ck Tower Temple

  • At first I was like -.- cause it didn't sound like the stone tower

5 seconds later I was like o-o cause it started to sound familiar

by the end I was like *-* and then I hit the replay button.

  • Fucking awesome. Love zelda.

  • M.M is the best zelda

  • how can i have this song?

    i want it please

  • Z.R.E.O. Makes this sounds so darkly ethereal. Absolutely beautiful.

  • I just recently made it through Stone Tower with no Elegy of Eptiness, no mirror shield, no song of storms, no Gibdo mask, no captain's hat, and no garo mask. Don't mean to brag, but it was funny.

  • @gameaddict51

    How!?

  • @DBArtsCreators Glitches

  • @gameaddict51 How is that possible?

  • @peterperlot1 Glitching like hell.

  • @gameaddict51 no offense, but I think I'm gonna have to call shenanigans on that.... I can see doing it without the masks, I guess, but aren't there areas where the Elegy of Emptiness is REQUIRED? And same with the Mirror Shield... Of course, if you have any proof, I'll gladly renounce my statement. It just seems improbable is all...

  • @Schniedragon88 You need both of thses thins to complete the Stone Tower Temple in Majora's Mask.

  • @Schniedragon88 Yeah, but the game ,like Ocarina of Time, is flooded with Glitches.

  • ironically, even though this was the hardest temple, it was the only one I got all of the faries in.

  • I wish majora's mask to be remade...but only when nintendo has a good system again...

  • @Johnny3tears4eva oh what, you mean like th 3ds or the wii? or the wiiu?

  • @CinematicallyUnhappy As in...when they stop making things to do with wii...Handheld is ok..but i would prefer it to be on a console :l and the wii is a no :/

  • @Johnny3tears4eva play skyward sword, then come back to me.

  • @CinematicallyUnhappy Yeah im not going to go waste money on a system that i already know i dont like..if i couldnt even enjoy a Zelda that interested me on it(Tp) then i find it even highly more doubtful that id like one that doesnt interest me much.

  • @Johnny3tears4eva ...yeah, play skyward sword, then get back to me.

  • @CinematicallyUnhappy Yeah...i wont be playing it

  • Support Operation Moonfall! Sign the petition to bring Majora's Mask to the 3DS!

Google Operation Moonfall, the page is operation-moonfall. o r g

  • @svett89 It´s allready settled that nintendo will make an majora´s mask for the 3ds... but they have already made an remake, so they have to release an zelda between ocarina of time and majoras mask for the 3ds, read the news, dude!

  • In this temple, i learned an important lesson.

Downside up is Upside down upside down.

  • Difficult or not, why would anyone hate this dungeon?

  • @gameaddict51 what do you mean hated? from what i know, most people think this is the best dungeon thank god.

  • HEY EVERYBODY, ITS CHUGGAACONROY

    Not really.

  • Stone Tower Temple: the heart of Termina, it's history, and its inevitable fate.

The ominous feel to the temple; the art which insults the goddesses of Hyrule and worships the Majora's Mask; the Arrows of Light, a gift of the goddesses, found in such a despicable place...

That this tower, built high towards the heavens, instead points deep into a "hell" of eternal sand and wind...

The Stone Tower Temple is undeniably one of the darkest and almost evilest temple to be found in Zelda history.

  • @YuTe3712 very true, i say it is the darkest and evilest temple, but I have to say, the Earth Temple from Wind Waker is a pretty close second :)

  • @YuTe3712 But let me ask you one question: What could be worse?

  • @YuTe3712 This was the only Zelda game to ever give me nightmares and I beat OOT when I was like 8 ooh the Shadow Temple was quite an expierience when your that young

  • @YuTe3712 lol the story is evil but the temple is beautiful. i mean for a cursed, creepy land you would think the temple of the land would be scarier, but instead it turns out to be one of the most beautiful decorative and well thought out dungeon. best dungeon in zelda.

  • @YuTe3712 Why do I get a "Tower of Babel" vibe from that description O_o

How do all of you people notice all this dark stuff? I never noticed the mocking art in the many years I've played this game D:

  • @Woot831 It really IS an allusion to the Tower of Babel... people become so arrogant and prideful of themselves that they challenge God (the goddesses in Termina's case), and they are punished for their wicked thoughts.

    Yeah, Majora's Mask is really creepy. ^^;;

  • @YuTe3712 No kidding! "Rated E" my ass; if MM3D is ever made, I have a feeling it'll be rated T O_o

  • @Woot831 Observation is a good skill to have. =P

  • @YuTe3712 Did you make that up yourself? It's really beautiful :)

  • @SuburbanScourging Nope he didn't search in Google for Majora's Mask Babel theory and you will be surprised

  • Comment removed

  • @SuburbanScourging Click the ZeldaUniverse link

  • @SuburbanScourging Lots of people like to theorise hidden meanings of the zelda games, majoras masks' Ikana Canyon and Stone Tower are the two most theorised about. Odds are hes one fo those people. Ive heard many things like that.

  • @YuTe3712 Play skyward sword and you will understand.

  • @YuTe3712 One theory states that the arrows of light were placed there so the people would flip the temple on accident. Maybe thats why? Im not entirely sure.

  • @bbbbbbbbrrrrrrrriiii "We can assume that they wanted to demonstrate the superiority of the Giants. The Giant’s Mask was their symbolic weapon... They hoped to use that power to destroy the Goddesses. The Goddesses... responded to this blasphemy by flipping Stone Tower upside-down. They allowed the sacred Light Arrows to appear in this most wicked corner of Termina... The Light rearranged the tower so that it would lead the architects not to Heaven, but to Hell where they belonged." - Hylian Dan

  • I came from chugga!

  • I'll be honest, I love Majora's Mask but it didn't feel like a normal Zelda game. It felt someone else tried to make a Zelda game and did a good job. That being said though it is one of my favorite Legend of Zelda games.

  • I'd pick MM over OoT any day of the week, because of both musical masterpieces like the elegy of emptyness or the stone tower. And all of the (sub-)temples.

  • download link please?

  • Ocarina of time may one of the more famous Zelda titles, but this is by far one of the best. It's most certainly original, engaging, and with so many side quests, it make re-playable in so many ways.

  • Imagine if Nintendo re-released Majora's Mask on the Wii console with new graphic stylings, just imagine how great it could be.

  • @rugged2187 not to mention the awesome music

  • @rugged2187 I'd actually buy a Wii just for that

  • I don't know why but Majoras Mask has always been my favorite Zelda game. It's so different from all of them (and might just be the reason why I like it so much). It feels more alive than most Zelda games and the soundtrack helps a lot making the game even better.

Stone tower temple is without the best of all the themes in this game, even though it's so short.

  • 9 people didn't catch the edge when the temple flipped and kept falling

  • Stone Tower Temple = Gravityception

  • Definitely one of the best songs in the ZREO collection.

  • this orchestrated version of stone tower is awesome! I hope if they have a temple that was similar to the stone tower in skyward sword, or any future zelda game, they should use this song!!!

  • I think I just shat out my breakfst due to the SHEER EPICNESS! I love this song.

  • ugh i hated this temple!!! but at the same time i loved it cuz of it's music. tho i gotta say, OOT water temple is by far the worste -_- so difficult... but so fun :D love these games and love this song!!!

  • The game just has a terribly weird feeling to it. I mean all the characters that lived in Hyrule all suddenly happen to be living in Clock Town for no reason. And in Termina.

"Oh hey Koume! Long time no see? So I see you landed a job as a tourist guide for the swamp area. Good for you! Hey, remember that time I sent you into the void of the Evil Realm because you and your sister were being all evil and wanted to burn me to the bone and freeze me to my soul? Good times."

  • @g07denslicer actually, you fight Twinrova as an adult in OoT, so at the time that MM takes place, Koume and her sister are not technically working with Ganon yet. A small point to make but i thought it important nonetheless

  • @archerman2009 oh crap that's true... lol brain thought too fast. But once Link "laid the Master Sword to rest, the roads between times was closed." That means he will never get to fight Twinrova although he did.

    BEEBEEBEEPWTFBOOOOM!!

  • @g07denslicer Termina has always just been an upside-down Hyrule. Just look at where some of the races live: the Gerudo lived in a desert in Hyrule, but in Termina they are pirates. The Gorons lived in fiery Death Mountain in Hyrule, right? They live in a frozen-wasteland-mountain-range in Termina. An other one; Prancey-man seems like an honest chap buying things in Hyrule's Market, yet he is a thief in Termina.

  • @drahydra Hey, you're right! Also, Prancey-man, haha. FYI, his name is Sakon, and he is one of my favourite Zelda characters due to the fact that he's the only non-monster in the entire series that can be outright killed (by shooting the bomb bag he stole, y'know?)

  • @drahydra What about the Dekus?

  • @GinpachiSenseii Well, they were just monsters in Hyrule, and they are an organized race in Termina?

  • @drahydra you mean sakon.

  • @flarewolf3240 Yeah, I couldn't think of his name at the time I wrote that. >_<

  • i thino i like MM more than OOT for this reason.I love creepy stuff

  • WW owns OoT and MM, Said and Done

  • Imo, a lot of ppl say Oot was better than majora's Mask is because Oot was easyer.

Lot of pll i know needed strategy book to complete all side quest or to get all mask

  • can i use this to my cartoon i am making?

  • To be honest I prefer majoras mask over oot as its just soooo much darker and deeper...

  • I began to cry in temple 1 from MM, I mean... (It's a little unclear)

    l l

    l l

    \/

  • I Remember when I was 4 years old, I saw a commercial about majora's mask for N64. My dad bought OOT for my birthday that year, but when Link had the master sword I thougt the game was stupid because the boy was older. And the game was so difficult I began to cry in temple 1... And one day the N64 and SNES were away. A few years ago, when I was 11 years I found the computers back and played A Link to the past, OOT and MM. I was so happy! Zelda is my life! But the game I always loved was MM.

  • Link: I really don't like this statue. It looks like something that would come out of an INTERNET CREEPYPASTA. *looks at screen with a dissaponted look* You really shouldn't of done that.

  • @DragonNamedRed Lmao, love this comment.

  • And so, it was made. History had Changed. The heavens were now born into the sky and the world above.

  • sound evil and heroic at da same time i love it :D

  • I don't know ANYONE who disses Majora's Mask. Everyone i know seems to be on the same page, that it is a great game, and that the opinions vary from

"greater that OOT" to "Slightly not as good, because of certain things."

That reserved hate goes for Zelda II, which to this day, is INFINTELY hard!

  • I don't know why so many people dis this game. Majora's Mask had by far the most engaging story off all the Zelda games.

  • @Wraithldr13

but MM had less dungeons but far more challenging bosses

  • @legofanpro101 Quality over quantity. While OoT had more dungeons and bosses, MM's dungeons were far more complex. Great Bay temple trumps the Water Temple any day. And lets not even talk about Stone Tower temple. MM also had many more sub-dungeons(Deku Palace, Pirate Fortress, Ikana Castle) Ultimately, I got the same amount of play-time, or more, out of MM as I did OoT. And, yes, the bosses were a bit more challenging.

  • @legofanpro101 WW kind of helps make the point as well. WW was, without a doubt longer than either OoT or MM. But, there was a significant difficulty drop in both dungeons and bosses. Some were even easier than some OoT dungeons. It's a difficult to master game development trick if you're making a series. If one game has fewer or more levels, how do you make the difficulty just right to get a similar play-time to the previous game?

  • @legofanpro101 A game that seems shorter at first glance SHOULD be more challenging when you really get into it. A game that appears to be longer SHOULD be slightly easier so it doesn't feel like it takes forever to complete. From OoT to TP, I've gotten between 30-40 hours of play out of each console Zelda title. Maybe 15-20 hours to complete the main quest. And 10-15 hours to complete all the side quests and item collections.

  • @Wraithldr13

I've never liked games that force time limits on the player. As a game where you're *constantly* on a time limit- with the only exceptions being for things like cutscenes- I felt a bit put off. Also, with only 4 major dungeons to complete compared to OoT's 3 as a child and 5 as an adult, not counting Ganon's castle, I felt short-changed. Still, overall, I think it's a great game.

  • @Wraithldr13 When I first played it, I didn't like the limited days. Now I love this game.

  • @Wraithldr13 Untill Skyward Sword.

  • @Wraithldr13 i've yet to see anyone dis the game, to be honest...

  • @CinematicallyUnhappy Lol. I've seen some people be pretty overly-critical of it. And, I don't mean legitimate complaints about the game mechanics or story. I mean, people looking for ANY little thing to complain about.

Kind of like how some people were never able to get past the graphics in WW. Some people just couldn't get past the time limit in MM. Despite the fact that WW was ridonculously rewarding, and, if you slow down time, the time limit in MM is negligible.

  • @Wraithldr13 Eh graphics in WW were ok to me...it was the sailing part i couldnt get past :l

  • of every song in majoras mask this is the best

  • To everyone wondering, Iwata said that there is a high possibility of making a 3D remake of Majora's Mask. They're making it if theres enough demand for it...so go on facebook and like Operation Moonfall, it's a petition for the game

  • The primary reason for why MM is a less popular game than its predecessor, OoT, was because OoT was extremely straight-forward and more dungeon-oriented, while MM was oriented towards side quests and rigorous dungeons. OoT may have had the Water Temple (which isn't hard in my opinion), but it's a far easier game to handle than MM.

I like MM more, but that's just me.

  • This is just amazing.

  • @g07denslicer Everyone has opinions but MM is a very great game, it deserves as much recognition as OoT.

  • @shinyespeon25 Yes, but as you see, MM is a very underrated game compared to Oot... :(

  • @shinyespeon25 Very true, they both are Amazing, but that's not to say they both don't have there flaws, like with MM, it's nothing big, but i had a huge problem with the save system... But like you said, everyone has opinions, that said they are both Amazing games, ones not better than the other i say

  • @shinyespeon25 deff hell it gives it this dark side of zelda that we havnt seen ever and we all know twilight princess tried to recreate that same feel but failed to me MM is the best game in the whole series

  • @shinyespeon25 Both Breathtaking games, soundtracks are AMAZING Better than anything put out these days. OoT and MM were both groundbreaking games of what an adventure game should be. PERIOD

  • @g07denslicer I played every Zelda game but no one is as dark, intense and dramatic as MM is. It's just a complete incomparable gameplay and not for everyone. You have to think more yourself and get informations from the Npcs in the game. Oot is just too straight and to easy and not that extensive. (sorry for my bad english, i come from europe)

  • @HooFbauer couldnt agree more man, such a dark and great game

  • @g07denslicer No, OoT is just more popular. That and I'm sure kids like you would crap yourselves at MM in 3D.

  • @g07denslicer The reason to why they did OoT 3D is just so they could redo the far superior game, MM in 3D.

  • @g07denslicer Honestly, Termina is a much more vivid land than Hyrule. The characters have amore personality, and at first the ones who appear as just random Terminans actually end up shown to have their own stories. Like Anju and Kafei. You just see them as random people. Then once you complete their sidequest you figure out there's a history behind them. Anju in Oot was just someone who needed you to save her cuckos. Now she needs you to reunite her with the love of her life.

  • @g07denslicer No, it was because OOT made more money. They don't care about which game is better, Nintendo just wants to profit. Twice.

  • @mjcabooseblu Well, that's kind of saying the same thing. I mean, why did OoT make more money than MM? Because more people bought it, therefore it was more successful thereforeitwasabettergame.

  • @g07denslicer More people bought Dead Space than did Amnesia: The Dark Descent, but Amnesia is clearly a better game. You argument is beyond invalid.

  • @mjcabooseblu Well then it seems that the general population disagrees with your opinion and you just refuse to accept it.

  • @g07denslicer majoras mask was a great game to and IT stil is!

  • @g07denslicer ...you, kid, are a dumbass. The reason OOT is in fucking 3D does NOT make it a better game. Any nimrod who knows SHIT about Zelda knows that OOT came BEFORE Majora's Mask, a pair of games which are a SET. If they made MM first, IT WOULDN'T MAKE FUCKING SENSE. D:< People like you piss me off. Do some research before you make some STUPID comments about a game I love.

  • @BrokenSeme YOU don't make any sense. Don't be giving us a tantrum. Seriously, take a breath, and say what you wanted to say again. I know OoT came before MM, and I don't think anyone will contest that. So what's your point?

  • @g07denslicer You are saying that OoT was made in 3D because it was "the better game". What I'm telling you, and pay close attention, is that popularity had nothing to do with this. OoT came first. MM hasn't been turned 3D yet because it was made /second/. They're a little series. They go together. One comes after the other.

  • @BrokenSeme Hmm, makes sense. No reason to get worked up over it though.

  • @g07denslicer .....maybe you're right. I am kind of an asshole when it comes to this game. I have to put up with people trashing it all the time, when it happens to be part of my childhood. This whole '3DS' thing.. I hope MM doesn't become part of it, honestly. I feel like the only way to really play these games is on the original system.

  • @BrokenSeme Don't worry. I forgive you!

  • @g07denslicer Or, maybe MM was the SEQUEL to OoT. It wouldn't really make sense to remake the sequel without remaking the original game first..

  • Don't get me wrong, but this orchestrated version of Stone Tower would be a good fit for the Fire Temple in Ocarina of Time. Maybe I'm wrong, but PLEASE no negative replies.

  • 3DS. REMAKE. NOOOOW!

  • They should put this in Majora's Mask 3D. If they ever make one. :D

  • I love major's mask and the stone tower temple

  • And I thought that the original version was awesome...

  • HOLY FUCK CLOSE YOUR EYES AND LISTEN TO THIS YOU"LL BE SCARED SHITLESS!!!!

  • This song always creeped me out in the game... :/ but it was a GOOD kinda creep out...lol if a game doesnt make you go thru all the emotions then thats not a good game!!..lol

  • AMAZING~

  • wtf how 2 people dislike this this is the best temple in the game xD

  • Mask: upp for a staring contest?

    Me: FUCK YEAH!!!

    (I lost att 2:25 D=)

  • @gh0st713 Oh God, I applaud you for this. I couldnt stare at that thing for more than 5 seconds without being creeped out. XD

  • Look into the eyes of the mask, do you see it shaking?

  • i liked all the zelda games i think there amzing. wind waker was kinda ehh for me but still. Best games ever imo

  • see i have an ear for the good vgm music most people don't understand it they say why bother with the music focus on the gameplay but i know the composers put in a lot of work and for that i love their music to death <3

  • Ahh, Majoras Mask, the best fucking Zelda game by far... Nintendo better fucking make Majora's Mask 3D

  • @hiLARI0USproductions My second favorite after Ocarina of Time.

  • @hiLARI0USproductions I hope so too after playing the OoT 3D they should the only thing i wasnt happy with was the item select screen and Link's face but thats about it .

  • @hiLARI0USproductions Of course they're gonna make Majora's Mask on the 3DS and anyone who says that they aren't are just kidding themselves. You want to know why? Three words: Nintendo likes money.

  • @shadowclock13 Too bad not all Nintendo's branches think the same way... NoA I'm looking at you.

  • @Yuanrek LOL XD

  • @shadowclock13 Everyone likes money. Hence, John Cena still has a job.

  • @killercroc99 Truer words have never been spoken.

  • @hiLARI0USproductions it has been confirmed

  • @badboyash00

    No they haven't.

  • Ah, Stone Tower Temple. Confusing, hard and difficult as hell, yet so awesome!

  • This is the only song to listen to while mountain climbing.

  • love it, one of my favorite dungeons also.

favorite is arbiters grounds in Twilight princess

  • Try playing this song on a really good music player of some sort, with lots of bass. It's LOVELY! Get chills <3 ..

  • Aww man I remember being11 years old and having insane migraine headaches trying to figure out this part! ><

  • I think the chanting is pretty scary. . .

  • definately the hardest of all 3d zelda dungeons

  • this is awesome

  • mad goosebumps

  • Wow this is really good did you make this yourself?

  • @Suzumushi100 No it's made by zreo

  • i was listening to this while on minecraft and a pig started walking on the cieling of my house o_O

  • @larsdude777 LOLHAO

  • I used to sit in the temple and just listen to the music and be like oh crap when I noticed i was on the final day in the last hour xD

  • I can't play this area without thinking of...

    >.>

    <.<

    BEN

  • this... is... so... awesome

  • i think the original is better. much more eerie
