the same with me.. i love it. I´m studying film and animation on an art/film school in Sarrebruck. Me and my fellow students were watching it over and over again..:)

May i ask which software and plugins you used? what kind of PCs did you use and how long was the final rendertime...?:)

What is the thing at the end?  The shadows don't match up, you cant see what the damn thing is, but it sounds like kittens.

Hello, First i have to say this and your trailer are amazing!! This is true art!! I wish you the best!! My question is did you animate the character with regular key framing or did you use real motion capture?

Hi Norm! Thanks for all the great comment! That realy makes us happy to know that you loved the trailer! :)

As for the animation, everything is keyframe-animated! That was much easier. And since we are alone (Virginie and I) on this project, we could afford it... even though, we wouldn't have used motion capture anyway. We would have lost this cartoonish style that makes the film coherent :o)

That's really cool and awesome. But what program do you use? I use Maya, but i like that effect i mean the camera effect. Look very realistic, i need some script for make that camera effect?

I'm using Maya! And the thing you are refering as a "Camera Effect", is just simple animation of the target of the camera. I'm tryed to mimic the same animation a live camera operator do. :o)

Ohhh.. ok, well yes... I like it. Also i saw the trailer and i liked too. But that live camera operator, would be interesting know about how who can configure the "Camera Effect" with Maya.

Because i'm be working in an movie called "La Bola Magica" and i need that "Camera Effect" You know any idea, to do that.

I've animated the target by hand (keyframe animation).

I've a camera myself. I've learned some basic principles on how a real camera acts... or reacts actually! :o)

You should try it, it's a really fun exercice! :o)
