Hey, just wanted to let you know I used the base cycle you outlined, took my back squat from 130 to 142 and could have probably gotten more with smarter warm up choices. I spread it out over 3 workouts a week. I kept doing snatches and cleans, just reduced the volume of heavy cleans (not so much the intensity though, actually got a 105 PR in the middle of the cycle) and eliminated clean pulls for most of the month.

I followed your progression with the modified smolov cycle on the P&B, interesting routine. I might give it a try myself in a few months.
