@211samsung112 Well, since Lion has not been released yet, I can't answer that question. If you look up more on Mac OS X 10.7 Lion, I think you will find that Lion will be much better when it comes out. :)

@LDeltaLive obvious troll is obvious, windows completely ripped off OSX with the dock in 7, with windows my fave is still XP and 98.I greew up with MS DOS, and just got this, takes getting used to, but over all there arenta any OS problems, and never crashes(except for bad parts which im not happy mac is cheap) but thats about it.Mac PC I like them both equally, but they both rip each other off non stop. So just chill and enjoy since they are both better than what we can make.

mac hard drives are so little the largest you can get is only 500GB :/ thats the only sad thing about mac.. my regular windows desktop computer has like 2TB of hard drive space and costs 500euro's less then the macbook 500GB edition :/

@stijnxd Wrong! You can have more than 1 TB hard drives, depending on the mac. My friend has a 27" iMac, with a 1 TB Hard Drive.

@stijnxd You are wrong. The biggest hard drive you can get in a MacBook is 750GB, the same as a Windows PC. The desktops are the same. You can have up to 8TB on the Mac Pro just like you can on a Windows PC

2. itunes has become the standard for me and everyone i know for holding music, if your not using it, i highly recommend you check it out.

3. its alright....but i prefer firefox.

4. nope, very easy to learn and get used to.

5. a few games...if your a hardcore gamer definately go for a PC, but if you like to play WaW or any other casual games, macs do fine, and now, you can even download select games from Steam.

6.cheapest mac is $1000

Windows live messenger is 5 times better than chat. and adding an account to an email program isn't new windows has had it for awhile. and (i know windows kinda stole this from os x) but they have a thing were you hold down the mouse and a menu pops up.i am not a fanboy i am just saying

i dont believe macs don't crash or don't get viruses, because afterall, their operating systems (which aren't perfect, because their manmade). Macs just crash less and get a very minimal ammount of viruses because of their unix architecture.

@heavenofficial actually macs dont get viruses because most viruses are made for windows and the minimals ones made for mac are prevented because of the apple puts something in their os so it nevers goes on. However macs still get malware, malware is like a virus but its totally the users fault, like if they click on a bad website (aka porn). Macs occasionally crash, but not as much (rarely) and when they do it doesn't mess up a lot of stuff.

Yeah you can get games like Spore, lego games, the sims, World of Warcraft, etc. But gaming is mostly meant for Windows. I'm not sure about not real licensed programs.
