The talk about the illicit use of FEMA to circumvent the Constitution in this video could have been ripped right from today's headlines. They have been planning this for decades. Continuity of Operations (COOP) is a Federal initiative, required by Presidential directive, to ensure that agencies are able to continue performance of essential functions under a broad range of circumstances.
The chairman of that committee was Daniel Inouye, an American of Japanese decent who lost his arm while fighting in Italy during World War Two and was awarded the Medal of Honor. In interviews, he has expressed disgust at the internment of Japanese Americans during the war, so I seriously doubt he would have supported such a plan by the Reagan administration.

We only have 2 parties that people will vote for because of ignorance, red or blue team, one or the other. This is not a choice and the popular vote doesn't even matter. Until money lobbying is made illegal we are one big "american idle" reality show.
