I've got black and orange 8gig, got a refurb for like... $80. It survived a trip through the wash, and then being left out ... these things are actually pretty hardy, hah. I love mine :)

i have the orange and white one. it sucks! i can only add one playlist on mine and i don't know why. if the zen v is soooo great like everyone says, then i should be able to add at least be able to add more than one playlist. & everytime i want to add more songs, it makes me reformat the entire thing. my suggestion: don't buy it because it's worth nothing at all. save your money.

I had the white and orange 1gb one... the joy stick was cracked halfway when I took it out of the box, but I thought it was part of the design haha; eventually the joy stick broke off, but fortunately I did a straight exchange for another one. This one I've had for only 6 months, it's starting to freeze up once in awhile and the battery life is not very long anymore even if I recharged it to it's fullest (used to handle 3+ days, now only 1 day at full charge)-plus the batteries cant be changed.

This things suck. I bought one for my wife and Never abused it or dropped it or anything like that, and it used to freeze, once in a while at first but then it just got ridiculous. And now the battey won't hold a charge n matter how long it's charged for.

You can't change out the battery when it goes dead. Away from home with a drained battery? Too bad.

You can't even change it out when it will no longer hold a charge..unless you literally PRY THE CASE APART.

I've got a Zen V plus 1GB it works great.Better thant iPod Nano, but it works only on windows XP a good one, with not meny viruseswiyh no meny drivers, it must be a simle winows xp (Media center, professional) iif it doesn't work REINSTALL WINDOWS XP! Or download if you have a genuine windows the media transfer protocol driver.

they didn't lie if you go on the site Creative Ven is 1 GB thats the one that can't play videos and Creative Ven Plus is 2 GB and Up those are the ones that can play videos if you go on the site and do your research you would of known that

I put the movie superbad on it and it took about 60 to 70 percent of the memory on it. Pretty useless if you ask me.

The stereo line-in feature is really overlooked and I do believe that this is the only player that has 1(I might be wrong). This feature is fantastic if you are in a band and want to record a gig without carting around a laptop thats just asking to be stolen!

(2G) its bending the truth it can hold 1000 WMA files which are crap quality therefore the small size 1G on this holds 320 Mp3 and 2G holds 600 mp3 files
