I am professional singer AND teacher and that is NOT falsetto. It is fully adducted head voice.

If it was falsetto his tone would NOT have a "biting", trebly tone - it would sound breathy and light.

Of course head voice counts as vocal register. Chest register and Head register - that's all there is. Everything else is a tone of either register.

he is using head voice for sure because he stays connected from chest voice into head voice. Head voice is light, unless you scream it -which he is not.

What doesn't help is his attire and very "gay-ish" look at the end.

my question would be - what range is the piano if it only has 5 octaves? Is it a 61 note keyboard? It all depends if the lowest end of your piano is the typical piano bottom note of A0 which no human I know of can vocalize.
