The older Datsuns like the ones in this video are the shit hands down! They pretty much paved the way for the tuner industry! Tuners wouldn't be what they are today without the Datsun Z cars! In 1971 the 240Z smoked the piss out of the porsche 911 on the track! And that really says something cuz porsche is supposed to be an exotic car!

Water pump gave out on my '90 Twin turbo 2x2, and wanted to stay with nissan, but it was right in the transition period when Z's weren't turbo, and the skylines weren't gtr again yet so went with something faster than what was out and a lot more practical- an sti Forester (japanese model)

Couldn't have found a better car for my needs (unbelievably fun!), but oh how beautiful the old Z's are...

@CherryONeil the body of a 350 is actually fairly close to that of the old datsuns. Long hood, small cockpit set off to the back that flows down to the rear. Light flare in the fenders, and the first style rims that came on them even somewhat resemble to wantabe's and rota's so many people like to put on the s30's. In all reality the 300zx z32 is the farthest reincarnation of the z car. Not to say i dont like the z32, cause im a huge fan of all z's.
