As far as a bicep flexing vid , a close up view of the bicep from the back so we can see the ''peak '' of the muscle would be awesome. @aSPORTYgirl4LIFE maybe a 2/3 workout and then 1/3 flexing afterwards (when you use weights). If u don't have any weights, maybe some push uüs ot pull ups.
