    Try single legged squats or squats with some added weights.

  • Beautiful quads and hamstrings. Lots of muscle power in your legs. Arms look nice too! As far as a bicep flexing vid , a close up view of the bicep from the back so we can see the ''peak '' of the muscle would be awesome. Keep up the good work-you look strong and healthy and I am sure this is reflected in all the things you do!!

  • @aSPORTYgirl4LIFE maybe a 2/3 workout and then 1/3 flexing afterwards (when you use weights). If u don't have any weights, maybe some push uüs ot pull ups.

    But it's up to you, what you make :)
