I don't know too much about lil wayne but I do know the soulja boy is talentless and does not deserve a cent that he has. Tiesto's music (before kaleidoscope) was not commerciallized and for someone to achieve what he did without the radio time and mass media that almost every artist has nowadays I think classifies him as the best.
