CFL American Expansion didn't work because the American Clubs didn't have the right management. Except for Baltimore and they didn't put enough time and effort in their marketing. But it can be done successfully if they do those things.
Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatchewan, Winnipeg & Anchorage in the west, Toronto, Hamilton, Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City & Moncton/Halifax out East. 12 teams in the league, and new fresh markets and fans to cheer for the boys. The expansion of the '90s was a fail but smart new expansion in locales that could support a franchise is the way to go. Go Argos.
