I have taken a good look at the posts of aureliejane and inmyheart and I have come to the conclusion that they are not McCann or Madeleine supporters. They are on here just to cause grief, to those of us who take this case seriously and care about what happened to little Madeleine. These two posters can make as many snide comments as they like to me, each time they make their snide comments, they are just showing themselves up to be ignorant morons.
@aureliejane, who is a McCann supporter, is more likely to get sued by the McCanns than me. This poster has said on this forum that Madeleine has been killed and the McCanns are suing Goncalo Amaral for saying the same thing. The McCanns say that no one will look for Madeleine, if they believe she has been killed.
By the way, for almost 5yrs the McCanns have threatened to get forums closed down, where posters criticise them. The only forum that was closed down was one run by a McCann supporter.
This post is directed at the McCann supporters, who believe I am telling lies when I post information on here. I am very aware that the McCanns and their team, trawl forums, to see if they can find any posts that contain lies about them. If the McCanns decided to sue me for anything I have posted on here, I am quite willing to stand up in a court of law and tell the Judge how I got my information.
@Dandylion1946 The McCs would not be going to Portugal unless their lawyers said it was safe to do so. I don't think they have to testify. The libel suit is a fatal mistake. If it were just the book, the McC spin doctors could call Amaral a cuckoo and his book is a load of lies. Now, it's going to be the McCs vs Amaral in open court, with the world's press reporting the proceedings. If they don't testify, Amaral's case will not be properly challenged.

If the McCanns win this libel case, this makes a mockery of the Appeals Court Judge and the Supreme Court Judges ruling.
@Dandylion1946 I am not sure how a libel case in Portugal works. Often it is the defendant that has to prove his case rather than the other way round. Motive? I should think it will be a warning to any publisher who is thinking of bringing out an English version of Amaral's book. You publish; we sue. That's why the UK media are giving the McCs a free ride. If Amaral wins his case - and I am certain he will in the end - then the McCs are sunk.

@tigranvartanovitch I never read UK newspapers, whether they are tabloids or broadsheets. I find they distort the truth, just to sell newspapers. Most of the information I have put on here, is what I have heard the McCanns their family and friends and British and Portuguese say.

A former senior officer in the PJ said the same as Goncalo Amaral on the witness stand inside the court. The McCanns and the UK Government stayed silent.

Scotland Yard advised the PJ to make the McCanns suspects, shortly after Madeleine disappeared and I don't know why the PJ didn't take S.Y.'s advise. As we know the McCanns used the fund to pay 2 mortgage payments, so it was obvious why the fund was being set up and it was obvious Madeleine was not going to be found any time soon.

These are Portuguese cops. At first everyone looked for a little girl who had gone. In 999 cases out of a 1,000, she would have wandered off looking for her MISSING parents. @aureliejane Madeleine's disappearance, didn't happen in the UK it happened in Praia da Luz Portugal, where leaving children unattended is a crime. If Madeleine disappeared while the McCanns were out, their crimes were made more serious than neglect and they warranted a jail sentence. As we know there is no proof Madeleine was abducted and because the McCanns were the last ones to see her alive, they should be charged with causing the disappearance and possible death of Madeleine.

If you had followed the court case when the McCanns were trying to get Goncalo Amaral's book banned, you would have heard a reporter telling the McCanns to get the case reopened. They don't want the case reopened, they want a review. They have got their wish, hopefully the review will lead to the case being reopened.

I am very aware that the McCanns and their team, trawl forums, to see if they can find any posts that contain lies about them. If it were just the book, the McC spin doctors could call Amaral a cuckoo and his book is a load of lies. Now, it's going to be the McCs vs Amaral in open court, with the world's press reporting the proceedings. If they don't testify, Amaral's case will not be properly challenged.

Goncalo Amaral was speaking to the media on the steps of the Lisbon Court and he said that the UK Government intervened, when the PJ wanted to bring charges against the McCanns.
A former senior officer in the PJ said the same as Goncalo Amaral on the witness stand inside the court. The McCanns and the UK Government stayed silent.

These are Portuguese cops. At first everyone looked for a little girl who had gone. In 999 cases out of a 1,000, she would have wandered off looking for her MISSING parents. Anyway, the Tapas9 had already ruined the scene of crime. They refused to cooperate in a reconstruction, and wasted police time by fingering Robert Murat. They contradicted each other and changed their stories with gay abandon. Jane Tanner's story got more exciting with each telling. And they wonder why no one believes them.

She said the french windows at the back were shut. They would need to be open to create enough draught to slam the bedroom door. @aureliejane Madeleine's disappearance, didn't happen in the UK it happened in Praia da Luz Portugal, where leaving children unattended is a crime. If Madeleine disappeared while the McCanns were out, their crimes were made more serious than neglect and they warranted a jail sentence. As we know there is no proof Madeleine was abducted and because the McCanns were the last ones to see her alive, they should be charged with causing the disappearance and possible death of Madeleine.

Nobody except the person/persons who took Madeleine know of her fate or her whereabouts, so it is no use coming this rubbish with me because it will just not wash.
There is a hate campaign against the McCanns and for no good reason. The Faspar statements are just hearsay and to start insinuating paedophilia is connected through acquaintances is both immoral, misguided and quite unforgivable.

Two dogs (cadaver and blood) alerted to the same spot. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF THAT? Body fluid was lifted from the spot as well as in the hire car. 15 of 19 markers were the same as Madeleine's DNA...WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF THAT? It was deemed inconclusive as it needed to be 19:19 to prove in a court of law that it was Madeleine's...but it DOESN"T ELIMINATE the probability it was Madeleine's.....

Researching information is so important when forming an opinion. Thats why I create the videos. It's everyone's prerogative to believe what they choose with the information available. I value others' opinions as long as they are not blindly reciting something they heard because they can't spare the time to look for details to back up their opinions.

@pamgurney2 You've been brainwashed by the McCanns fairy tale. Wake up and smell the coffee, there is no proof Madeleine was abducted. The McCanns committed a crime, each time they left their children alone, while they went out on the lash. They admitted they didn't search for Madeleine and they lied to save their own skins. They didn't care about Madeleine's skin or the skin of their twins.
The McCanns disgust me and sicken me.They're to blame for whatever happened to Madeleine.

@pamgurney2 I've taken a look at all of your posts and they are all typical of a McCann supporter's posts. All of them show sympathy for these two child neglectors and none of them show any empathy for the plight Madeleine was put in, by the very selfish and cruel McCanns.
Let me remind you that the McCanns are NOT the victims in this sad case, they are the perpetrators of a very serious crime, a crime which resulted in the disappearance of the REAL victim, Madeleine.

@jimmart32 You need to look at the terms of the fund to find Madeleine. The McCanns are allowed to use the fund to assist their finances. Gerry McCanns is a consultant surgeon, with a salary in excess of £100k per year. I don't know
hHow he and his wife have the nerve to touch one penny of Madeleine's money, after they perpetrated her disappearance. To add insult to injury, their spokesman Clarence Mitchell says the fund is also assisting the finances of the McCanns extended family.

@jimmart32 Goncalo Amaral quite rightly wrote the book, because he wants the truth to come out. He has said that any profit from the book, will be distributed between Portuguese Children's charities. He doesn't have to donate any money, he could do what the McCanns have done with Madeleine, use her as a cash cow.
Goncalo Amaral has done more to find out what happened to Madeleine, than her disgusting parents. They requested the case was closed and they do not want it to be reopened.

@aureliejane You need to get your facts right. Goncalo Amaral was not sacked, he resigned. He is still respected by his colleagues, in fact his successor came to the same conclusion as Snr Amaral and that is Madeleine was harmed and possibly died in the McCanns apartment.
The McCanns tried to remove Madeleine's blood from their apartment by cleaning. They didn't do a good job, because blood was found on the walls and on the carpet behind the sofa.

Totally and utterly right for the McCanns to sue Amaral. He has done nothing to help in the hunt for Madeleine from the very start. Disgraceful. I hope they win and back the McCanns 100%.

@pamgurney2 I suppose you're connected with the McCanns are you? You therefore know how Madeleine died. I would not expect you tell me whether paedophilia was the cause or not. I hope the child died peacefully, the Gaspar statements make me fear otherwise. If you're not connected with the McCanns then I suggest you stop believing in the fairy-tale that Madeleine McCann was "abducted". I know Christmas is the season for fairy-tales, but this case is too tragic, too serious.
