It's a modified version of CryEngine 1 (the same used in Farcry), not unreal.
The same company makes Blade and Soul, another MMORPG that uses Unreal Engine 3 AFAIK.

It would seem the role of tank is shared by two classes. The heavy hauling dudes and the knights. Much like the typical Korean style holy trinity of MMOs. Personally I rather see us draw away from the mind numbing grindage and holly trinity but I'll wait and see how this game is working out to be towards release.
