Actually the people who say Tidus name is pronounced Tee-dus are correct. When they made FFX everyone in the USA thought his name was Tie-dus and everyone in Japan thought his name was Tee-dus. Because of this square decided that they were not going to "try" to pronounce his name in the game. If you notice in FFX whenever someone is talking to Tidus they say " hey you, or zanarkand, or boy" and never his name. Im actually surprised them pronounced his name in this game.....

@TH3L3GENDK1LLA It is Tee-dus. They don't say his name in the game because the player has the opportunity to name him. This is the tradition of FF after all. Now they don't do that anymore. It's too difficult with voice acting. It's funny in x-2 it's so obvious how they avoid his name lol. They should have just said it and overlooked that the player chooses his name in the previous game.

@justa16thnote The Fact is I have play these games for years and when dissidia comes out and pronounce their names differently, i decided to call them what ive called them since ive played them, Like Zidane (I pronounce as Zee-Dane not Zee-Dahn, and Tie-dus instead of Tee-Dus) all because i think they sound better than what the game calls them, its not retarded, once i played KH i knew he was called Teedus but still i called him Tiedus as i like his name like that
