US foreign policy failure everywhere.The American very presence and involvement in Somalia and/or her agents such as Ethiopia are the most root cause.
America has done every major component of her policy is a failure mainly because her policies are self-serving chauvenistic and have total disregard African pride,dignity, and try to foster dependence in which Ethiopia specializes.
The real challenge is America to get the fuck out of the Black man's lands and stop trying to manipulate him.
