Also, when she is applying the eyeliner with the brush, she keeps using her fingers - she should use a smudging brush instead. It is more professional and more hygienic.

Thats just the way you're taught in school or on a course but at fashion shows etc those practises are standard. Same as using the back of your hand as a pallette, the health and safety people would have a fit but most makeup artists do it that way.
