  • very nice brandy!! love you too girlie! *hugs*

  • Glad you liked it! *huggles!*

  • huggles? lol

  • Huggles are a good thing...lol Try it!

  • Thank you! =0)

  • way to go on your video,

love that you are spreading a positive message :]

i so agree that walmart is an evil empire.

    yuck times twenty thousand.

    see you:]

    em

  • They closed the store for a few hours... then re-opened. Sales quotas are more important the reverence for (or just the idea of) a human life.

  • Not even just to the store! Somewhere up in the comments, someone posted the crowd response to the doors being broken down. It sickened me. Even though they didn't actually know someone was hurt, I was bothered by the fact that they CHEERED when the doors came down.

I was pleasantly surprised (being the day after Christmas) today when I went out to get groceries that the department stores and even Wal-Mart were not nearly the hot spots they had been the day after Thanksgiving.

  • I wish somehow I could yell at everyone in existence today about how stupid they all are... but the F.C.C. and businessmen won't let me.

I felt really sad when I heard this story because it only confirmed my contempt for hedonistic bastards.

  • At least you are thinking in the right frame of mind! Freedom of speech would allow you to yell at everyone wouldn't it? Oh, yeah....it wouldn't...we don't actually have that. Ohhh Fairytales!

  • Lol. I know... and it's sad because the people who do have the power are busy yelling about something else that we don't need. I wish people could magically not be stupid.

  • If you do find that magical cure for stupidity, PLEASE let me in on it! There are a few people I would like to rehabilitate also!!! =0)

  • thanks girl :)

  • =0)

  • You are important to me. <3

  • You are important to me too. =0) I left a lil message on facebook about the ones that weren't in the video.

Couldn't ask if it was ok and sometimes people are touchy 'bout that. I didn't think you would be, but you and Lisa I didn't get to ask.

  • People this link I'm posting is a must see. It's a link to video footage prior, during, and after this horrific incident took place. It will fill in any gaps this sad story has.

    watch?v=dB-CFFM68zs

  • Wow! I couldn't even watch the whole thing. They were HAPPY when they broke the door! I know he said they didn't know anyone was hurt, but to even be happy the doors were broken and ...just wow.

  • the song is The All-American Rejects - It Ends Tonight

  • Yeah, that's it. It is in the description. =0)

  • what is the song and artist please? Knowing that I know that it is cruel to ask for its lol but I would be thankful to you....

Comment s'appele le titre de la chancon et l'artiste ? Je c'est que c'est cruelle de demander sa lol mais je vous serais reconnaissant...

  • Shame on these retailers! Making it seem as though the "only" day for a good deal is the day after Thanksgiving is all a method in which retailers compete for record sales and a way to boost economy, nothing more. I ask "boost" - how more debt? The economy has placed parents in a situation where there may be no "Santa" for some kids because they can barely afford the mortgage they would normally not have qualified for under a normal economic environment. Truly was a Black Friday if you ask me.

  • it was more like a Bleak Friday!

  • I agree completely! I have 3 kids still at home and its tough!

The retailers don't care and I would venture to bet, without someone actually pushing for action, this "incident" isn't going to change their plans.

Money talks and is not nearly as important as safety which is truly TRULY disgusting.

  • Plus Bush needs to get a good economy boost in before he leaves office. Just like gas prices suddenly dropping around the holidays to boost travel, lol.

  • I would be really surprised if we see any kind of boost before he leaves office. It's been talked about for a few months and that's about it. However! Obama has said, "he either does it before I get there or I do it after." So that part is promising!

  • I love you.

In a way, as horrible as this was, I'm glad you got to see what it's truly like here in NY. Long Island, especially.

  • I love you too!

Sadly, I don't think NY is the only place this kind of thing happens. In a town as small as Abilene, Texas a man was also trampled, ironically, also in a Wal-Mart. Thankfully, he didn't die, but it certainly wasn't for lack of trying.

  • I didn't hear about the incident in TX (and I live in DC), see the media won't tell us of survivors only death stories. I heard about a shooting in CA at a Toys R Us where 2 died. I bet there are 100's of other stories of injuries, assults, etc. I think it's a shame people have truly forgotten the meaning of holidays. Skip Thanksgiving?? I mean honestly! I hardly do any shopping at malls, its been a good 5+ years since Ive even step foot in one. I personally decided to boycot Walmart this year.

  • It's not really Wal-Mart that we should be ashamed of. Yes, it's pretty muffed up that they weren't ready with security measures, but I am far more disapointed in the fact that the people were so quick to run this poor guy over!

  • I agree!! I have other issues with Walmart in general, lol. But I can surely tell you if it were me standing next to those women fighting, I would have stopped it. Or if I saw that man being trampled. What goes thru someone's minds when they are behaving like that?? See society works with a "pack" mentality. All they needed was ONE person to make the move to help and others would follow. We are in a sea of followers not nearly enough leaders these days.

  • I guess I can not say for 100% what I would have done in the same situation, but I would like to think I would have not stood idly by to watch a man die. I can promise I wouldn't have been shopping for a TV.

  • not with that song daggi

  • Is the song really all you noticed?!

  • That's sick how some people act just to save $100 on a new fuckin T.V.

  • Pretty pathetic. I will be the first to admit that I am all for a deal, but MAN! This poor guy was just opening a door!

  • Hey guyse nvm teh turkeyz lets go raid Wal-Mrtz!!1

  • Sad, isn't it.

  • Black Friday is evil, it should be banned ;X

  • At least regulated somehow. It's a sad day when someone's life is the LEAST important thing.

  • I think after this, wallmart and many major stores are going to be taking major steps to prevent future repeats of that sad day T.T

  • Let's hope so!

  • You amaze me. Likt for real.

  • I try! Hahaha!

  • love you, bitch face.

    <3333

  • love you, botch. =0)

  • very nice. I wish there was more we could do. But this is a great start!

  • Thanks! Just wish more people thought the way you did.

  • Brandy, you are amazing and I love you!!

  • I am so lucky to have you! (Just so you know always.)

  • im fortunate to know you

  • I am so thankful to be able to call you my friend.

  • We're all fortunate to know you too!

    Love ya,

    Tonee
