Perhaps if MTPD had an actual presence at high-crime stations (like Largo), these really tragic and scary incidents could be avoided. The fact that a deputy chief of MTPD has to refer to his notes to try to get a station name right, and STILL gets it wrong is really just sad. The four suspects remain at large only because Transit Police are ineffective and invisible.
