To get Richter, you have to beat him in Jonathan's story first. Then beat the game. To get Old Axe armour, you have to kill 1000 Old Axe armours. To get the sisters, Stella and Lorretta, just beat the game. Also, if you beat the game on certain types of hard modes, you get stat(s) pluses. Cap level 1 you get +50 in strength, in mind I think, and in luck.

Cap level 25 you get +50 in mind and in luck. Cap level 50 you get +50 in luck. Hope that helps.
