The only thing greater than Bobbie's cheese is her passion for making cheese. Though it is fantastic I would LOVE to know how much better it can be if she were able to partake in this opportunity. Regardless of all of this, she is the most fantastic person to spend time with. She is number one on my list of travelling companions and can play the "sing me a song about ..." game for hours.
