It's built for the ESC. There is a plug in port in the top of the ESC just for it. It comes as part of the kit with the Novak HV Pro brushless system.

Yes the talonz are great for dirt/mud/grass... for onroad only tires go check out ProLine's tires... they have quite a few different road tires and they all work great.

hey i just got the erevo brushless edition and im running two 7 cells and i ordered my two 3s lipos. but i am having problems with my tire coming unglues and unbalanced? i need to fix this before i get my 6s please help

lol. So your having trouble with your tires coming unglued on your Brushless E-REVO?... well so is everybody else. rofl.

This car is so powerful that it rips tires off without even thinking about it. :) All you can do is glue them back and tape them and when they rip off, do it again. I probably re-glue my tires once a week. :))

ok, So I can't see the motor very well, but from the noise it sounds like you are NOT spinning the nitro engine. It sounds like the little electric starter motor is just spinning free. You need to start by doing 2 things. #1 check the gear mesh on the electric starter motor to make sure it isn't broken or loose. Make sure it is engaged with the gear from the nitro engine. #2 make sure you can turn the nitro engine by hand thru its compression stroke to make sure it isn't seized up.

Here is the best way to describe the acceleration of the 5.5. My buddy Mempey has the MMM brushless E-REVO. As a test we both used 4S lipo and did a drag race. Both cars were dead even over about 100 yards on 4S. Then we tried it again and he used 6S lipo. On 6S the mmm could beat the 5.5 every time.

Here is a short KV/volts/motor winds explanation....

a low KV motor has more winds of thinner wire - it will carry more volts at less amps, and produce higher torque,

a high KV motor has less winds of thicker wire which will carry more amps at less volts and spin at higher revs (but has less torque).

Doubling the number of winds halves Kv (rpm/volt) and doubles torque.

Hey can you help me with my Speed T.?

I have the GTB brushless in there ant the diff gear just strips. If i back off the slipper clutch it just gets too hot it warps the slipper clutch. Is there a upgrade or a similar diff from another car that is stronger? Its similar to all the RWD diff setups like the rc10gt.

The Mamba Monster system has more power because it can use 6S lipo and the Novak HV Pro can only use 4S lipo. I put this BL system on my E-REVO before the MMM was available and I just haven't ever upgraded it because this car still has sick power as you can see in all my videos. :))

Actually they are Dean's ultra plugs. I use those on all my r/c gear including planes and helicopters. They work great. :)

Yes I have seen them. Very cool upgrade for the E-MAXX.  But if I wanted it, I would just buy the MM and put it on my current E-MAXX. However, I like to keep my E-MAXX waterproof so probably won't upgrade it. I have lots of other fast cars already.

hey jetlag, i've been wondering this for a while, your cars look so clean, do you take them apart and literally clean everything or am i missing some special trick, because no matter what my car seems to always be a little bit dirty even after i clean it.

Well, most of my cars are waterproof, so when I get done mudding, I usually take out the batteries and just hose them down with the hose while they are still wet. All the mud and dirt comes off easy that way. The other cars... you guessed, I take the time to take them apart and clean them regularly. It's good to get into this habbit because not only does it keep your cars clean, but it also helps you learn how to take your cars apart quickly and easily.
