@demonkai76 1982 was a brilliant year for movies. Creepshow and The Thing are my two favorite horror films of all time. The Dark Crystal, E.T., Poltergeist, The Secret of Nimh, Blade Runner, Halloween 3 and Friday the 13th part 3 all came out the very same year.
Don't forget The Last Unicorn and Flight of Dragons came out in 1982, two faves of yours and Tron as well. There was also Cat People's remake and Q The Winged Serpent.

The Crate sequence had the best music.
Hal Holbrook and Adrianne Barbeau (sp) made it the best story of the bunch imo, next to Father's Day with a hippie Ed Harris hahaha
