@kiddtaco93: you can go to two various webs... WPP Productions has subbed all of the Beast and Original EXE episodes, and some of the Axess season. For the unsubbed Axess episodes, go to Darkside - Raws. For the Stream raws go to Saito - Raws. That's what I did.
Yes, but somehow, Rockman regains control. This is supported by the fact that, in 'Rockman Exe. Beast' episode 21, his eyes were green and he actually spoke, rather than simply growling. And he didn't go bizarre- at first, using Beast Out caused him to lose all reason, thinking, and human feelings. In turn, all of these are replaced by an instincive rage.
But yes, if he didn't gain control, there wouldn't even be any ruins left!
