I flew this route many times... 12 hrs is soo long, luckily they have tons of movies on board. I once remeber watching 3 seasons of sex and the city and we still weren't there ;)

And they're not that expensive. Would u rather wanna go on a 30hr mission via Houston orso, for 50 Euros less?

Sao Paulo is great, just gotta now some locals there and the'll take you out for a great night out. Warm people.

i'm brazilian and when I travelled with KLM last year the 777 which flown me to AMS was PH-BVB.

Brasil is safe, you just need to know where to go and where not....! It's OK when you know some locals or leave the metropolitan area of Sao Paulo.

Even though I am Dutch I will not fly KLM Royal Dutch as mostly the operate older planes and they are expensive as hell! For less money I fly via the United States of America to Brasil and stay with US friends some days as well.

@renevr01 KLM doesnt operate all old planes! They bought a lot of new ones(21 777 and 12 a330) and the ones they have are fitted with personal video! As if in the United States/Brazil the planes are all very new..dont think so! The price i can agree on.
