They usually say that they can't give out their home number.
I ask them why it is appropriate for them to call me at home but not for me to do the same.

This chick thing is dumb. You shouldn't be rude to telemarketers as they have your address as well as your number so they can call you from a pay phone at 12am and piss you off. Just be nice and tell them you aren't interested. Everyones job is annoying to someone so be careful.

Actually, it's NEVER a good idea to be rude to a telemarketer. All they have to do all day is call people, and being rude will NEVER EVER get them to stop calling...EVER! They know how to deal with this kind of stuff and get around it. 1/5.
