It's called a "duck" when it goes over your head, and a "spin" when you spin. These aren't move names, though, they are components that can be added to any trick. The most basic variations I did in this video are "ducking clipper" and "spinning clipper".
Clipper is a stall on the inside surface of your foot, when it is behind the support leg. It is one of the two most fundamental stalls (the other being "toe stall") -- if you watch closely, every single move is caught either on the front of the toe of the shoe, or the inside (behind the support leg).
