best form I have seen in awhile, if you enter a competition RAW and no juice, you would destroy alot of people. Your butt came off the bench a little, but that is minor and an easy mental fix in competition. Great lift !!! Finally, someone who pauses at the bottom with no bouncing.
Hmm i wonder if stan efferding and some more elite powerlifters will start putting "all natural" in their vid titles will it also cover up for the fact they use roids? i dont have problam with roid users, i have problam with people lying and puting all natural on the title of thier vids
Uh, what bounce are you referring to? He paused it on his chest, this was the opposite of a bounce. The bench in this video is as strict as one can get. A bounce is where you drop the bar to your chest and it ricochets off or "bounces" upward. God only knows what you were watching when you decided there was a bounce in this perfect lift.
by far the most impressive thing ive seen. if you really are natural then you have achieved something that probably like less than a thousand people have ever done
Its your Body and if you think its perfeCt, ok. That is YOUR meaning. I see his hips moving, means for me he is cousing stress fo his Back and Neck. But its your body do what you want ... BTW respekt for the moved weight!
Uh, you don't know a ton about benching do you? Your hips move during a bench max because you clench your ass in order to engage leg drive. This is what elite benchers do and it in no way puts stress on the back or the neck. This is as perfectly controlled, paused, and locked out as benches go.
The main rules of competition benching are that your shoulders, and butt must maintain contact with the bench throughout the lift, you must receive a handoff at arms length, you must press the bar after it has become motionless on your chest, and you must proceed lock the bar out at arms length prior to re-racking the weight. All of those things happened here and this was even more strict than about 95% of competition benches because there was no back arch and this guy used a VERY long pause.
@Swivige1987 If you knew what you were looking at you would understand that is leg drive. As long as your butt does not come off the bench it is a legal lift. Maybe you should get off you tube and learn how to spell "PERFECT"
he needs work on his form he goes down at a angle and up, The shortest distance between 2 points is a straight line once he gets that down more weight but, decent lift.
@TAKEMARU666 You are an idiot. His form on this lift is pretty much flawless. You are probably some scrawny ass who has no idea how to lift. Secondly.. he actually pauses with the weight on his chest for nearly 2 seconds, which makes the lift even harder. On top of that, he is lifting over 250 lbs over his bodyweight. You are an idiot
@VVillyVVonka lol im 285 i benchpress 440 yea i got som extra weight but im all natural. plusi train for fighting not for sport. it was a great lift. just dotn agree with the method thats all.
Very impressive considering you lifted up with no momentum. Lifting the way you stopped at the bottom is quite hard at any weight, not to mention 475lbs.
That was beautiful, man. I wish all of the other guys with bench press videos on Youtube would watch this and take notes. Great pause at the bottom - there is no question that you are competent with the weight.
Now That Was Ipressive.... Great Lift with total control of the weight.......Not like sme Fat fk bouncing it off.....
