just drove it. We got the first one in La Crosse WI today. I have a 2007 Mercedes C-class AMG, and let me tell you this is just about as sporty. It's pretty close to perfect. only thing is the branding. but give it some time and Hyundai well be competing with Lexus for real.

i would get this hyundai over a lexus any day, but the one i want to buy when it comes out is the genesis coupe.

I just got a 09 Genesis 4.6 as a company car. When I was told to go to the Hyundai dealership to pick up my car I thought my boss had lost his mind! I think before anybody bags on this car they should go drive it. This car kicks the crap out of the Infiniti G35 we traded in for it. I was a hater myself... but they definitely made a great car.

Going by most reviews, you get a quieter, more damped ride in a 2003 Accord, which would also have a better looking interior. This may look like a luxury car outside, be RWD yadda yadda, but --real wood or not-- it has the typical mediocre Korean interior design, and the ride is harsh and noisy. I would take a Lincoln MKS over this wannabe cheap fest.
