Can you explain how you got (a + c)(a -c) = (2a cos(theta) - b)(b)? That's the only part I don't get. Maybe something from Geometry I forgot. Or maybe I'm being oblivious, lol
This is very nice. It kind of helped me visualize where the formula came from and what is actually being solved when you use the formula. However, the music kinda threw me off and distract my concentration because of the rearrangement, I had to mute the video.

This is the most confusing thing I've ever seen.... It's a cool concept but meh.
a^2=b^2+c^2-2bc cosAlpha
b^2=a^2+c^2-2ac cosBeta
c^2=a^2+b^2-2ab cosGamma
is all you really need.
