Belgium was supposed to complete the maginot line in their country but alas no money

The Japanese had know interest in fighting Russia again just as the Russians wanted no part of Japan. However, towards the end of WW2 the Allies pressured Stalin into declaring war on Japan. The only reason Stalin did it is because he felt the war was already won, which it basically was at that time. Some believe the bombs are not why Japan surrendered but that the Russians declared war.

The Japanese were so scared of Russia they refused to declare war on them even after Hitler invaded Russia. They did not want any part of Russia. At the same time Russia did not declare war on Japan until after the outcome was not in doubt, just shortly before the surrender. Some even believe that this is one of the main reasons Japan surrendered.

Panzer IV had 60mm armor and a 50 mm howitzer which was still better cause the Char Bis had an armour that was 40 mm and a 47 mm gun not to mention that Panzer IV could reach a maximum speed of 42 km/h while the Char could only go up to 21. Also the Panzer was way better when it came to offroad travel the roumors tell that the Char Bis had a habit of getting stuck in the mud. So once again GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT!

and still germany took over 3 million war prisoners in the first WEEKS!
on 1 dead german are standing 15 dead russians in this war.
Most german Tanks where left because they run out of fuel or ammo.
Same to the soldiers no food or ammo supplies.
So dont talk shit about the red army was the best in 41.
There was never a better Army the was so effective and professional like the german army in WW2.

Incorrect. The German advance into Russia had been hopelessly stalled before Normandy, and while western contributions to Soviet materiels certainly saved thousands of Russian lives, the Germans didn't have the men or materiel to conquer Russia, particularly not after they moved their heavy manufacturing east, outside of German air or ground reach.
To compare the U.S. and Soviet militaries isn't really possible. Certainly the Soviets were more veteran by war's end.

@arnaldodacomando not really true the german army and the french regulars never really fought it out. the french had all their defences and troops turned towards germany in the maginot line(they had a trench warfare approach in mind. the only problem was that the denfenses(giant guns) couldn't move behind them so when the germans broke through belgium and got behind the line the french had to surrender. Belgium was supposed to complete the maginot line in their country but alas no money

Yes if they would have regroup they could have held out but Russia had more weapons and materials. In a way suicide was easier in the no-win battle. I know the outcome of the war. The statement was made that Japan and Russia never fought, which is false. The Japanese had know interest in fighting Russia again just as the Russians wanted no part of Japan. However, towards the end of WW2 the Allies pressured Stalin into declaring war on Japan. The only reason Stalin did it is because he felt the war was already won, which it basically was at that time. Some believe the bombs are not why Japan surrendered but that the Russians declared war.

no, the russians lost the russo-japanese war which led to the 1905 russian revolution, this is the soviet-japanese border conflict or the soviet invasion of manchuria (both of which were victories for the soviet union) , you can tell this because of the tanks, the first tanks were introduced in WW1, by ww1 standards these tanks are very advanced which means it's not 1904.

@alegotaco Do they teach history in school anymore? There is this war called the Russo-Japanese war.Lasted from 1904-05. The Japanese were so scared of Russia they refused to declare war on them even after Hitler invaded Russia. They did not want any part of Russia. At the same time Russia did not declare war on Japan until after the outcome was not in doubt, just shortly before the surrender. Some even believe that this is one of the main reasons Japan surrendered.
