maybe he's like me. i can't squat due to some reason in the way my legs are structured. when i bend down (squat down) all the way i stand on the ball of my feet. and when i try to put my whole foot down i fall backwards. not to mention that my knees bend inwards making my thighs super close together (i'm not that fat)

Also someone said foam on the bar was for pussies. If you find the bar uncomfortable on your shoulders surely it's acceptable to use some foam? 3) Leaning forward and putting a ton of pressure on his lower back.
