  • that journal looks like the journal from the butterfly efect :o

  • good info

  • Hi hi! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy got amazing Six pack abs and lost lots of belly fat with it.

  • gympad.co.uk

  • Hello! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my cooworker got great 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

  • Hi! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy got ripped Six pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  • Question, Say if I lift 80 db chest press one week, with about 6-8 or 8-10 reps, next week i go 85 pounds less reps or more? side note im trying build muscle. For past month I been going from 60 one week, 70 next, 80 next and start over bc weird strength loss. any tips or advice on that.

  • @TheMichaelRamprashad How long have you been training? How long have you been doing that particular exercise? There are a lot of variables I didn't have time to address in this video.

  • I was benching 500 lbs @ 17 yrs old. Increased workload avg 5 lbs a week to 2 weeks until 500 bench press was achieved! ) No steriods, all natural!

  • The video is very informative. I do included it on my list. Thanks for the info man. I do wanted to share a site that some of you might be interested with. It offers free workout plans and information on how you gain lean muscles and develop a lean muscular look you ever wanted. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but I posted in on my profile. You can always check it out there.

  • a nerd in the gym hahaha. thanks for the tips lol

  • Thanks man really helped. I've been at the gym for about a month or so. I've seen my strength increase but not not really I can't do anymore weight an am stuck at the same weight. I take a look at the scale and I'm not loosing my belly either.

I'm 17 years old. I'm 220 pounds. My arms are big but the rest of my body is just kinda big in fat. Any suggjestions? I've taken noexplode but have kinda wanted to do it all natural. What are your thoughts about that and MUcal milk powder

  • @destindavis Never heard of MUcal milk powder. I've taken NO Explode in the past - I can get the same effect with a caffeine pill before my workout (for a lot cheaper). People overestimate the power of supplements (only 10% of the battle if everything else is right) and underestimate natural food (90% of the battle). You can get great results from whole food without any supplements.

  • Despite what you all say about his body, he does make very valid points. :\

  • WTF would this skinny twat know about muscle mass etc.... just look at him! Hes a skinny no1!

Really........ why post these videos when your just an average joe!

  • @Eosur athletic body..pretty much better then those steroids bodies or stronglifters..

  • My name is Kiki I was raped before I died. I used to enjoy pain and now I inflict it upon people. I was tortured and raped until I could no longer breathe. Those meanies now suffer and die, and those who do not repost this to 5 videos will die too. I hate this 2 but I believe

At the strike of 12AM those who did not repost this will die a horrible death after seeing a bloody face covered with black hair. Those who repost this will get a kiss from their crush.

  • Do you even lift?

  • You make some great points

  • Hey I just started gymming. I have divided my training program in three sets: Legs, Arms and back/stomach area. I do each in different days (stomach and back I do everyday though.) I eat alot of eggs, fish and meat with beans and some vegetables. After the gym I usually drink a protein shake and during the training I drink ALOT of water. Is that the way to go?

  • wow, very simple but helpfull tips, thanks

  • 2 things build muscle. Lifting heavy weight to failure and eating enough protein & carbs. Most people don't do either of these because it is HARD. You also need to rest the muscle for a few days after working it. Simple, just do it and stop being a puss.

  • I am no expert, but I go to the gym 5-6 days a week, and I have been making great gains but just going in the gym and lifting hard, nothing special and the days in between I do crazy cardio to get ripped, which seems to be working so far since i lost 25lbs in less then 3months ;) just lift hard and your body will react, and protein after workouts is also important for muscle building....simple

  • man... you is a skinny man, you don't have big muscles !!! YOU IS A CHICKEN

  • @fogonabomba2 Are you mentally retarded or something? People like you are so uneducated. It's sad what kind of people are out there today. In other words, your a DUMBASS!

  • i feel you bro, i'm like the only dude in my gym who logs my workouts. Since i've been doing it, plateaus are a thing of the past.

  • OR TAKE TO LONG WASTING TIME WRIGHTING instead of lifting and everyone laughs at these guys! And for the most part resistance training every other week is really good! (always change your workouts up every week!) do your research!!!!!!

  • OK I HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

First thing everyone is different, motivationally and physiologically!

The first thing you need to do when starting out is speak to a nutritionist it's all about when you eat,how you eat and WHAT YOU EAT! then start of warming up whether it be on an elliptical or tread mill, personally I warm up with light weights to fill the particular muscle with blood I'm working out with! By all means you do not have to use a journal, MOST PEOPLE STOP AND LOSE TRACK

  • this is bullshit, just coz u do 10 pushups today and do 5 tomorrow your body is still gonna get stronger anyways but than u need to press harder on other days -_-

  • hey i just started gymming and before this i was doing push ups and some abs program at home which i learnt from tae kwon do , is that good ? will i see results in like 4-6 weeks or less ? i already seen some results in 3-4 days seriously lol. i also eat salads and stuff..etc what's needed. thanks for the reply.

  • @MarloBomfunk Hey I got my start in training from Tae Kwon Do (12 yrs, 2 black belts). You're asking about results, well that depends on where you're starting from. If you're in hardly any shape, you'll see fantastic results. If you're an experienced trainer, you'll see some, but not significant. And of course this ALL depends on What You Are Doing as well as What You Are Trying To Achieve. So you'll need to tie down those questions before you can match up a proper routine.

  • @fitwithmitch well , i train tae kwon do too i used to train some years ago and now i re-started for 1 year , actually i was out of shape for like 4-5 months ago , i did abs excercises and push ups and got six pack and a toned chest.i also used to do the pulley machine bar but with no reps and stuff for some years , i did like 10-10 but with like 27 kg but had no results , now that i started gymming i did the same machine with 3 sets of 10 cus the gymnast said that and i got laterall back work !

  • oh and i did it with less pounds now like 5 kg ?

  • @fitwithmitch oh and i did it with less pounds now like 5 kg ?

  • Good shit bro! real nice video rated.

  • Mitch, do crunches work? I wanted to know considering I do about 120-130 a day (60 in the morning, 60 at night [more or less] )for about 2 weeks now. I feel it burnin after Im done from at least a 4.5 to a 5. I dont keep track of my nutrition BUT I try to eat healthy. Im only 13. I want to get six pack abs. I play basket ball for half an hour tp 50 minutes a day, and sometimes go on a exercise bike (about 2-5 miles I run). If I keep this up will abs start to appear? Thanks!

  • maybe genes is the one reason

thats why some people cant have a rapid muscle tone

    and tghey should work harder.^^

  • you know your stuff,... but fuck me dead. you have terrible speech!

  • good vid man..finally some substance on utube...thanks

  • Hey dude, you're dam funny.

  • You only need to know two words for muscle growth: Mike Mentzer ;)

  • catabolism is another huge cause of no muscle growth. caused by over training the biggest mistake of all. i see guys in the gym hitting the bench 3 or even 4 to 5 times a week! and they wonder why they arent seeing results. catabolism! deteriarating your muscles by not allowing them to heal peoperly and thus condeming yourself to limited if no results.

  • Actually that other guy with the note book is an under cover cop keeping tabs on you

  • I had the same problem, i started doing high weights with low rep, its kind of working for me.

  • force reps get you going fast. as in putting 20 pounds above your max and "benching" it

  • im doing the same thing your doing!!

  • hey i also had a journal so i know what to do

  • I don't use protein powders, but I've been told that Optimun Nutrition Natural is a good choice because it doesn't have a lot of the chemicals the other powders have. I just aim for the right amount of "clean" calories (e.g. stay away from junk food) and the weight comes on.

  • question,I do 3 sepret sets per muscle....saaaaay I was doing biceps, and I did curls, hamers, and 21s... do i change out "one" of thouse or change the WHOLE routine it self (all 3) thanks

  • Do you mean to increase the intensity? There are many things you can change to increase the intensity...you can add more weight to those 3 exercises...change to 3 new exercises completely...decrease the amount of rest between sets...or add another set, so instead of doing one exercise 3 times...do it 4 times. Be creative and you will continue to see growth.

  • That sounds good, basicly i was refering to never geting a plateau.

  • Is that called muscle confusion? Reply ASAP please.

  • There are two main thoughts right now in the fitness community that help you build muscle. One is Progressive Overload and the other is Variety (for lack of a better sounding term) Muscle confusion is an old thought that says every time you come to the gym, you do something different. The two I mentioned are a more refined way of thinking. I'll do one exercise for 3 weeks and progressively add more weight each week. Then I switch exercises for that muscle and do the same thing..I never plat

  • Oh, alright. I see. Thank you very much, man. I didn't really understand which confused me a lot. But yeah, I kinda had a feeling that's what it was. Thanks again.

  • @fitwithmitch I agree. You can't do the same workout for months on end and expect to see the same results you saw in the first 3 weeks. I myself change workout every 3 weeks changing from Single Sets, 3Sets, Pyramids, Super Sets etc.

Overload is a word mentioned alot in the new world of Body Building. The goal of any workout is hypertrophy, and you achieve that your muscles must be under stress for about. 8-12Reps

Big weight does not mean big muscles!!

  • thats up to you to change the exercises, its all about your intensity.....how hard are you really training? each set do you settle for the average 6-12 reps that everyone mostly uses? have you tried drop sets? changing the reps from week to week?

  • I never kept a log before, just a an accurate mental note of the exercises, the rests, the number of sets etc. ive been seeing results, i also always keep track of the weight im doing so i push myself propely for building mass and i sore out so i know im working hard. Still i like the log idea, not a bad idea to try, and btw do u recommend Isopure protei powder?
