When starting up your computer there is a function key that will say something like "start windows in safe mode". Hit that function key and your virus will allow you to do this. If you are given the option to "start in safe mode with network" choose that so you can access the internet

Run the Trojan Remover 1 more time, restart your PC, and scan your computer with AVG or whatever virus program you use to protect your PC. If it finds files with a virus in, Choose "Move to Virus Wault" and then go to your Virus Wault and remove all files in it. Then run Trojan Remover again, and scan with you anti virus program, then it should say no viruses.

@Sasuke800 Try downloading it when your computer is in safe mode with networking. Just restart your computer and when its loading up hold the F8 button down. Then it will ask you if you want to put it in safe mode or safe modewith networking. Choose the latter and try it then.
