No, the actual story is, Kaito used a sleeping poison to make Miku asleep/unconscious. He likes/love Miku so much that he wants to make her his forever. But it turns out that Miku is smart as well. She pretended to drink the drink, but in truth she didn't. She pretended to be asleep. When Kaito was about to do 'that' to her, she told him to "Make me yours". In the end, the became lovers.
