Both schools are well renowned in their own way, but all of you degrade the reputation of your school by acting the way you are. Show that your school is worth going to by being the reason it is widely renowned rather than trying to bask in the glory of others.

You are correct, but its to be expected with all the advantages UW has in terms of money, stadium, alumni, facilities, and recruiting costs. To not go to a bowl game in 10 years with all these advantages is shameful!!! They barely made it to a bowl game this year with a 6-6 record with a very talented team. The fact remains that the Cougars have gone to more bowl games since 2001--three than the Huskies have--one.

But the academic requirements to get in (for sports and non-sports), objective rating companies, and number of arrests in Pullman (sports and non-sports) point to one very obvious point: Wazzu is a back up school at best.

We have been way better than you guys in basketball the last 5 years. We went to 2 straight Sweet Sixteens in 2005(we were a #1 seed) and 2006. We also made a tournament appearance in 2004 and we won the Pac 10 tournament in 2005. Lastly, we had Brandon Roy who was Pac 10 Player of the Year and First Team All American in 2006.
UW went 0-12...but we didn't play Portland St....and we probably would have beat Baylor! Oh, UW basketball in the top 25 and alone at the top of the PAC!

You are correct, but its to be expected with all the advantages UW has in terms of money, stadium, alumni, facilities, and recruiting costs. To not go to a bowl game in 10 years with all these advantages is shameful!!! They barely made it to a bowl game this year with a 6-6 record with a very talented team. The fact remains that the Cougars have gone to more bowl games since 2001--three than the Huskies have--one.

Wazzu is terrible. I don't go to either school and it's not that hard to find information to back that up. Wazzu, just like any other school has some talented students. But the academic requirements to get in (for sports and non-sports), objective rating companies, and number of arrests in Pullman (sports and non-sports) point to one very obvious point: Wazzu is a back up school at best.
Huskey fans may take it too far sometimes, but the truth is the truth, and Wazzu is terrible right now

WSU and UW are listed on US News' 'top colleges' lists (for the world, the US, and in, for example, engineering). For purposes of comparison, UPS appears on none of those lists.

We have been way better than you guys in basketball the last 5 years. We went to 2 straight Sweet Sixteens in 2005(we were a #1 seed) and 2006. We also made a tournament appearance in 2004 and we won the Pac 10 tournament in 2005. Lastly, we had Brandon Roy who was Pac 10 Player of the Year and First Team All American in 2006.
